Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy

This Disclaimer and Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the AI-powered features provided through the CritiCoach application (the “App”), developed and maintained by InfiVista, Inc. (“InfiVista,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using any AI features in the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in full.

1. AI Output Disclaimer

• The AI-powered features of the App are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to serve as a substitute for professional advice, human instruction, academic assessment, or decision-making.
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, factual errors, or content that reflects cultural or algorithmic biases inherent in large language models.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or suitability of any AI output for any particular purpose.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the appropriateness and accuracy of all information generated by the App before relying on it in any academic, instructional, or other decision-making context.
• We expressly disclaim any liability for damages, losses, or adverse outcomes arising directly or indirectly from reliance on AI outputs.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

• You may only use the App and its AI features in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner consistent with its educational purpose.
• You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or disseminate any content that:
  • Violates any applicable laws, rules, or regulations (including intellectual property, privacy, and academic integrity laws);
  • Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise harmful to any person or group;
  • Attempts to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent identity or intent;
  • Facilitates cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty;
  • Attempts to exploit, probe, or compromise the App’s infrastructure or security;
  • Infringes the rights of others or violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy.
• You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise exploit any AI-generated content from the App for commercial use without explicit written permission from InfiVista.

3. User Responsibility and Consent

• By using the AI features of the App, you consent to the automated processing and analysis of the content you provide, including for purposes such as generating responses, improving AI functionality, ensuring content safety, and enhancing user experience.
• You acknowledge and understand that AI interactions are not private and may be reviewed by authorized personnel or automated systems for moderation, safety, or performance evaluation purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for all content you input into the App and any consequences resulting from its use, including academic, disciplinary, or legal implications.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InfiVista, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, AI-generated content or services. This includes, without limitation, damages for academic consequences, lost data, loss of reputation, or legal disputes.

5. Enforcement and Termination

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, access restrictions, removal of content, and/or reporting to appropriate educational or legal authorities. We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion and to take appropriate legal or administrative action as needed.
